Homemade Chicken Roulade!



Delicious chicken roulade! Great with some potatoes and a good salad! So easy to make!


For 4 people
Recipe for chicken roulade:
500-600 g chicken breast
1 bag frozen spinach (you can also easily use fresh)
1 package fresh mozzarella approximately 50-60 g
salt and pepper

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees hot air
Take a chopping board, a meat hammer and a bag. Place a chicken breast on the board and put the bag over (to avoid destroying the meat too much), and start pounding on the chicken breast till is flat. do them all. Then crush so much water you can out of the spinach, and cut the mozzarella into small strips. Take one of the flat chicken breast and place in front of you. Spread the spinach and mozzarella around, but not too close to the edges, and not too much, because you were supposed to be able to roll them! Then roll, and put them in an ovenproof dish. So they must go on a trip in the oven for 45 minutes, and then they are ready! YUM!

I chose some potatoes and salad for the chicken, but you can serve whatever you want to!
