Homemade Minestrone Soup With Chicken

Hello "Out There" We are all familiar with a sore throat or cold weather, so ...
Here is my version of a great minestrone soup with chicken!

1 squash
3 large carrots
3 medium onions
2 leeks
3 canned tomatoes
3 tablespoons oregano
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon sweet chili
2 tablespoons sugar
500 g chicken breast
200-300 g soup horn / pasta
olive oil
1 ½ liters of boullion
Parsley for garnish

Cut the onions and leeks out. Grate squash and carrots on a grater to some thick strips. Press garlic. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and sauté onion, garlic and leeks. Add as squash and carrots for 5 minutes in pan then add the skinned tomatoes. Drop the oregano, chili and sugar in saucepan and let it simmer a few minutes, then add 1 liter of bouillon. Simmer for 10 minutes before the last half liter comes in. Taste now with salt. While the soup simmer, you start to cook the pasta and roast chicken (which you obviously have diced) in a pan with salt and pepper. Now it's all ready to be served!
