Homemade Paprika Dish!

A lovely paprika dish! Can also go in the freezer!

For 4 people
4-6 pork chops
1 tablespoon flour
2 tsp paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 small cup creme fraiche
500 ml of broth
1 large onion
30 g butter
1 can of tomato paste (equivalent to 4 tablespoons)
olie for roasting pork chops in a pan

roast the chops until they are cooked through. Chop the onion and sauté in the pan in butter. Then add the flour. Then in with paprika, thyme and broth. Stir well. Add the creme fraiche. Season with salt, pepper and whether to add more thyme and paprika in (I always used to give an extra shake with the spices). At the end put the pork chops in. It's ready to serve!

Serve with rice and a good salad!
I served a salad with some mango and nuts, and wild rice also. Very delicious!
