Homemade Soy Roasted Rice!

Roasted rice with vegetables and soy sauce - never been easier! 

For 2 people
1 ½ cups rice
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
½ pack ham
1 red bell pepper
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
½ cup peas
A good lump of butter

cook the rice. Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic and sauté in the pan with the butter. Then add the peas and cook for a few minutes before the rice and soy sauce is added. Turn it a few times in the pan and let it all be mixed well together. So is the delicious and easy dish ready to be served!
