Oven Baked Chicken Nuggest!

Sometimes I just feel like something delicious, without being too greasy. So I decided to make these in the oven!

Chicken Nuggets
For 2 people
250-300 g chicken breast
approx. 3 cups bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika (preferably strong)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1 ½ cups flour
2 large eggs
½ -1 cup oil for brushing

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C hot air or 190 degrees C below and above heat

Mix bread crumbs, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl. Put the flour in another bowl and eggs in a third. Cut the chicken breasts into the desired size, I cut about 1 ½ cm thick and 5 cm long. First dip a piece of chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, then egg and last but not least breadcrumbs again! However, this does that there will be a surface thickness of about 2-3 mm crispness!
Once you have done all this, they must go on a baking sheet. Brush the surfaces with oil (or dab with a brush), turn them over and repeat. So in the oven in about 15 minutes, then take them out, turn them and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Then you are ready to serve these delicious snacks!
