Filo Rolls!



Hello "Out there"
Here is my answer to a super easy appetizer or side dish. They can also be good as snacks because they are super fast and easy to make!


24 pcs
Recipe:
1 filo dough package of 120 g
1 package piquant cheese (cream cheese with red pepper, garlic, onions)
1 package ham
sesame seeds
1 egg for brushing

Method:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C hot air

Fold the filo dough out and cut at the 2 lines. So you have 3 strips, and those you cut in half, so you have 12 pieces, this you'll do again with the next pack, so you have 24 pcs in total. Take some cheese and butterout on one edge (a good layer), about ½ inch thick and let ½ -1 cm be free of each edge. Add a few pieces of meat and brush all the free filo pastry with egg so it can stick and it all folds nice. Now you're ready to fold it into a roll. Fold the free cm at each end over, so you get 2 closed sides, and then roll it all into a small spring roll. repeat 24 times. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds over. In the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Now they are ready to be served!
