Homemade Delicious Tomato Soup!

Then it was time for tomato soup here on the blog. I've always loved tomato soup, and have now decided to make my own version. This is according to me the very best tomato soup I've tasted!

4 people
2 large onions
3 large cloves of garlic
4 large carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cans skinned tomatoes 400 g
3 tablespoons oregano
2 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet chili
4 tablespoons sugar
1100 ml of broth
a large handful of fresh parsley
taste also with pepper

Cut onion and garlic into small cubes and fry in the pan with the oil. Then add the carrots. you have grated in advance. Let it simmer a bit in the pot before you put in the skinned tomatoes, oregano, salt, chili and sugar in saucepan. Then add 500 mL of broth and let the soup simmer for about an hour. Then add 300 mL of the broth and simmer for half an hour and then add the last 300 mL of water. Then add the parsley and season with pepper, and maybe salt, sugar and more chili if you like.
