Homemade Tomato Soup With Beef

Then it was time for tomato soup here on the blog again. I've always loved tomato soup, and have now decided to make my own version with beef in. This is according to me the very best tomato soup I've tasted!

6-8 people
500 g of beef
2 large onions
4 large cloves of garlic
3 large carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cans skinned tomatoes 400 g
3 tablespoons oregano
4-5 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon sweet chili
4 tablespoons sugar
1500 ml of broth
a large handful of fresh parsley

Cut onion and garlic into small cubes and fry in the pan with the oil together with the beef. Then add the carrots. you have grated in advance. Let it simmer a bit in the pot before you put in the skinned tomatoes, oregano, salt, chili and sugar in saucepan. Then add 500 mL of broth and let the soup simmer for about an hour. Then add 500 mL of the broth and simmer for half an hour and then add the last 500 mL of broth. Then add the parsley and season with more salt, sugar and more chili if you like.
