Rice Salad Wit Grilled Red Peppers And Cherry Tomatoes

Finally a new dish! It was a delicious Rice salad with "grilled" red pepper and cherry tomatoes! delicious! great with some delicious chicken and a salad on the side!

5 persons
2 cups rice
3 red peppers
250 g of cherry tomatoes
1 lemon
olive oil

Boil the rice and let them cool down. Meanwhile, turn the oven to 120 degrees hot air and cut a cross in each tomato, place them in a serving dish and sprinkle a little salt and oil over and place them in the oven for about 1 hour. When the hour is done, take them out and, set the oven at 200 degrees hot air and cut the peppers in some pieces, sprinkle a little oil and salt over, and in with them for about 20 minutes so they become black at the end but also delicious soft! when everything has cooled mix tomatoes, rice and red pepper together. Now create an oil dressing with a little lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and maybe honey or sugar if you think it's a little too sour. Put a little of the dressing in, little by little, and mix well around, it can quickly become too much, so beware! cut some basil and mix in. Then the dish is ready to be served!

      I don't speak german :-) And thank you! yea the light is natural, I don't have fancy stuff to take my photos besides my camera :-)
