Noodles With Brown Sugar, Pork And Peanuts

Noodles with brown sugar, pork and peanuts - an easy dish, so good and tasty!

For 5-6 people
3 large carrots
250 grams of mushroom
2 bunch of spring onions
2 onions
500 g pork chops cut into small pieces
3 teaspoons brown sugar
300 g white cabbage
2 red peppers
3 cloves garlic
350 g of noodles
2 tsp oyster sauce
2-4 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste)

Cook the noodles. Cut the carrots into thin strips, the same with cabbage, onions, mushrooms, spring onions and red pepper. Pressure Garlic. Fry the pork chops. Fry / sauté the vegetables in the pan / wok pan with a little oil. I cooked them separately, since the portions were large, and the vegetables did not cook equal time. I cooked them, så the carrots, cabbage and the red pepper still had a little "crunch" while onions, spring onions and mushrooms were fried until they were soft. Together with onions sauté the garlic.
Mix noodles and all the vegetables together and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar. Season with more soya sauce and salt. Sprinkle some peanuts over the dish!

The dish is now ready!
