Chocolate Cupcakes With Almonds!

Then it was time for some delicious chocolate cupcakes here on the blog! YUM! I chose to make them in some small shapes but not so small that it is the so-called "mini cupcakes". There were about 24 cupcakes.

24 pcs.
150 grams of flour
30 grams of cocoa powder
200 grams of sugar
80 grams of butter
2 dl or 0,85 cup of milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 tsp of baking powder
130g chopped dark chocolate
100 g chopped almonds (I used almonds) or hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to 160 C hotair or 180 ordinary oven. It's actually a little too long since I made them, so can not remember the temperature, but it was around there!

Chop the chocolate and nuts. Mix the dry parts together in a bowl, then add milk and eggs. Mix well and put the nuts and the chocolate in and then into some cupcakes molds.

Into the oven for anywhere from 15-25 minutes, mine got around 25 minutes, but it depends on the oven and temperature.

When they are finished and cooled you may decorate them with something delicious icing / frosting and maybe sprinkle some chopped chocolate on.
