Pasta with red pepper and onion sauce!



Hello out there!
Then it was time for a little different dish here on the blog. A vegetable sauce that actually tastes really nice, especially with pasta, and it's really easy to make!



6-8 people
Recipe:
6 red peppers
6 cloves of garlic
2-3 onions
½ to 1 cup of sour cream
3-4 tablespoons of salt (maybe more)
4 tablespoons olive oil
½ tsp of sweet chilli
½ tsp of paprika
1 ½ tablespoon of oregano

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 hot air
Crush garlic and slice the red pepper in some strips and put it in a plastic bag with a few teaspoons of salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Close the bag and shake well!
Pour the mixture on a plate and place in the oven until the red pepper is to be soft and the edges are to be actually black. Then, they are perfectly soft!

Chop the onion and fry in a pan. Get the soft pepper into the pan too. Find a hand blender and blend it all to a mash. Put the sour cream in the pan and blend again, till there are no lumps left. Warm the mixture up and add the last spices and season with more salt!

Serve with pasta and some meat and some cheese on top, bon appetite!
