Homemade Cinnamon Rolls! + A how to do it video!



Hello Out there!
So I made my own recipe for delicious cinnamon rolls, yum, they were good and delicious! and they are super quick to make and perfect for a cup of coffee or tea with a friend :-)



12-14 pcs

Recipe:
25 g of yeast
475g of plain flour
60 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
100 g of butter soft (salt)
1 cup of milk (preheated to around 35 degrees C)

Filling:
75 g of sugar
2 ½ tsp of cinnamon
60 g of butter soft

and 1 egg lightly beaten for brushing the top

Method:
Crumble the yeast into a bowl and mix it with a little of the warm milk. When it is well mixed and there are no lumps, then add the rest of the milk. Then, in with the butter, and it should be mixed again until there are no lumps. Now you add vanilla sugar and sugar and stir well around. Then the flour mixed in little by little, and eventually you'll have a good portion of dough! set it to rest with a cover for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile the dough rises, you can make the filling.

Mix butter, cinnamon and sugar together.

When the dough has raised for 30 minutes then turn the oven to 180 degrees hotair C or 190 degrees normal oven C.

Roll out the dough and start putting the filling on, I used a dough scraper as it seemed like the easiest method. Then roll the dough up. Cut it in 1 ½ -2 cm thick slices. Up on a baking sheets with them, give them a little press so they get more flat, and brush with a little egg on top of them all. Then in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

So... there should be 12-14 cinnamon rolls ready for eating! server with a little icing on top! Yum!
