Homemade Lasagna!

Hello " Out there "
The lasagne was super delicious! It is quick to make and it does not require many kitchen skills to do it!

Recipe for meat sauce:
2 tbsp. tomato paste
3/4 can of skinned tomato - about 300 g
1 and a 1/4 cup of broth
100g grated mozzarella
3-4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
1-1 ½ tbsp of oregano
650g minced beef
lasagne pasta plates (or what you call it?)
2 large onions
½ tsp of sweet chilli
3 cloves of garlic

Recipe for béchamel sauce :
1/2 cup of whipping cream
½ liter of milk
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
150g grated mozzarella
30 g of butter
3 ½ tablespoons of flour

You can also easily purchase béchamel sauce in the stores , this makes the lasagne extra fast to make, and it tastes just fine.

meat sauce :
Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in a pan with a little oil . Then add the meat and fry until it is cooked through. Put the tomato paste, the skinned tomatoes , oregano and chili in. Add the broth and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture simmer while you make the Béchamel sauce . If you purchased the sauce , then just let it simmer for fifteen minutes .

béchamel sauce :
Throw the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Then begin adding the milk little by little while mixing . When all the milk is added , then pour the cream and the cheese in. When everything is well mixed and the cheese is melted , then add the nutmeg and taste with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C hot air for just 200 regulare.

The lasagna :
Take an ovenproof dish and add a little butter at the buttom  and cover the bottom with pasta plates. Pour then a little meat sauce and a little béchamel over , and then pasta plates again and then the meat and the sauce and so on, and so eventually covered the top with the last Béchamel sauce , bread crumbs and cheese. Set the lasagna in the oven at 180 ° C hot air for 35 minutes. Then the lovely lasagna ready!

If you purchased the Béchamel sauce and it is 500 g, you only need to get something in the middle and at the top because the portion is smaller than the homemade. Or buy 2 if you love bechamel and then do as told!
