Ovenbaked Spring Rolls

Hello!

So I finally made some homemade spring rolls . They were really delicious, but next time I will make them with plain noodles instead of rice noodles as plain noodles have much more flavor I think. But that's your choice! :-)

32 pcs

Recipe :

2 packets of filo pastry , so you can make a total of 32 spring rolls, so you cut a sheet into 4 pieces . The packages I bought there was 4 plates in each. So, 16 pieces per package !
500 g beef
250 g rice noodles (next time I'll try with plain noodles, because I think they taste more , so you can also use 250 g plain noodles for more flavor )
1 bell pepper
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
400 g of carrots
Soya at least 3 tablespoons possibly much more , I popped some in a few times , tasted and put more in. Therefore, it is difficult to say how much. Soy sauce also works in this dish as salt , so if you think the dish lacks salt , add more soy sauce .
1 tbsp brown sugar
1-1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 tsp sweet chilli
Oil for brushing and frying
1 egg to the closure of the rolls .

Method:
Chop all vegetables. Cook the noodles . Roast the meat in a little oil , then add all the vegetables and when they are cooked then add the noodles . Taste with soy sauce, brown sugar , oyster sauce and sweet chili . When it all tastes delicious, then you start to roll !

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C hot air oven or 200 C normal .

Put a dollop of filling in one corner of a square filo pastry , roll a few times , fold the ends together so that the filling does not fall out . Roll one more time, brush the last with egg and roll again . Now you should have a firm and sealed spring roll . Once you've rolled them all, put them on one or two baking sheets. Then you'll find some oil or something , and brushes the spring rolls on top. So they go in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden . Take them out and turn them. The oil would should cover the spring roll on the other side also because the oli runs down the sides . But if they are not covered with oil when you flip them, then brush again with a little oil, then in the oven for 10 minutes again or until golden and crisp ! Then they should be served !

Bon appetite! :-)
