Pasta with creamy tomatosauce!


Then it was time for another delicious pasta dish here on the blog. It's fast and easy to make. It works fine cold the next day for lunch, yum!

4-6 people
Boil 500 g of paste

2 cans of skinned tomatoes (400 g pr can)
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oregano maybe a half more
1-2 tbsp of sugar depending on how sweet you like it, 1 tablespoon first and taste later and add more if you want it to be more sweet.
½ tsp of sweet chilli powder.
Season with salt at least 1 tsp salt possibly more. But taste your way.

chop the onion and garlic. Fry in the pan. Get the skinned tomatoes in, and season with oregano, salt, sugar and chili. Then add the sour cream.

Blend with a hand blender so you have a delicious creamy sauce. Mix the sauce in the pasta. Then you have an easy side dish to your meat maybe a chicken breast, Italian meatballs or in this case baked chicken nuggets? They are a healthier alternative and tastes super delicious!
