Chewy/fudgy chocholate brownies!

So this is really something for the sweet tooth !This is chewy/fudgy brownies and they are truly the best brownies I have ever had. They are moist and just perfect! YUMMY! try them!

12 pcs

Recipe:

135 g of butter
200 g of sugar
160g of brown sugar
2 large eggs
160g of flour
100 g unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 ½ tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

optional:
100g  of chopped dark chocolate

Method:

Heat the oven to 160 degrees C hot air or 175 C ordinary oven.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. While the butter melts, you can mix sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. When the butter has melted, mix it into your sugar mixture, stir well! This can be done with the mixer, but I just used a spoon. When it is well stirred you mix the eggs in one at a time. Then in with the oil and vanilla extract.

In another bowl mix to the flour, cocoa , salt and baking powder. You add the mixture gradually into the wet mixture until everything is well mixed. You now have a thick cake batter. You can choose to add 100g of chopped chocolate that gives a little surprise in every bite, but it 's not necessary.

Find a 20x20cm or 8x8 inch baking dish and cover with baking paper. Smooth the batter out with a spatula.

Into the oven for 40-45 minutes , mine was 42 minutes exactly.

When they are finished, let them cool for about an hour. Then you can take it out of the mold, trim the edges and cut it into 12 pieces.

Bon appetite!

They must be stored in an airtight container, but they can also easily be frozen.
